"This film was shot in 1999 but was shelved for 3 years until it was released in 2002. Now yes there are far worse Hollywood films that get released easily but Universal must have been ashamed to have spent 55 million on this. 35 million of that was Stallone's salary. It is a generic slow moving slasher film with a great cast that is wasted. This was at the low point of Stallone's career between Cop Land and Rocky he would star in more mediocre films. I bought this on Ebay brand new for £3.00, it was a good deal to finish my Stallone collection on Blu-ray."
