Tuesday UPDATE

"Today a forgotten classic has arrived from a well known director. Never seen in widescreen before."

"Director William Friedkin has been trying to get this film a proper release for many years but without luck. Until he did a deal with Warner Bros. and they did a brand new 4K transfer for it. It looks beautiful, it certainly doesn't look as if it was shot in 1977."

"Friedkin has said that the film was a flop because it was released a month after Star Wars and because the film was called Sorcerer it made people think it was tied to the exorcist. Definitely a film worth picking up, this edition comes in a digibook and is an interesting read which makes up for no extras on the disc."

"Also my review of Terminator 2 Judgement Day will be up tomorrow."
